ONE PLACE, MANY MONEY MOMENTS

Everything you need to see the whole picture.

FinTrack brings personal records and shared financial work into one clear workspace. Start with the basics, then add the context your money needs.

01

A CLEAR STARTING POINT

Keep the accounts you track in one view.

Add the accounts that matter to you and keep their recorded balances together. FinTrack gives each account a place in the wider picture while leaving you in control of what you enter.

  • Recorded balances by account
  • Currency-aware account setup
  • One aggregate view for the accounts you choose
02

THE DAY-TO-DAY RECORD

Record money in and out without losing the thread.

Capture income and expenses with a date, amount, category and account. Categories and transaction history make it easier to find the detail behind a total.

  • Income and expense entries
  • Categories for everyday spending
  • A transaction history you can review
03

BRING YOUR RECORDS WITH YOU

Import a CSV when manual entry is not the right start.

Use the CSV import flow to preview and bring compatible records into your workspace. Review the preview before committing an import.

  • CSV template and preview flow
  • Review before commit
  • Keep imported records in the same history
04

PLANS YOU CAN READ

Turn a spending plan into a useful signal.

Set budgets for the categories that matter and compare recorded spending with the plan. Reports add a broader view across periods and categories.

  • Category-based budgets
  • Budget status and remaining amount
  • Trend and category reports
05

PERSONAL, FAMILY & GROUP FINANCE

Give shared money a context of its own.

Projects keep shared accounts, transactions, members and reports together. Use a separate project when a household, event, team or other group needs a shared financial view.

  • Project accounts and transactions
  • Member roles and project context
  • Project reports and settlement views
06

SAVINGS CIRCLES

Make the model visible before the money moves.

FinTrack presents Ajo and Esusu as two different savings-circle models. Ajo supports flexible pooled contributions with contribution-bounded member loans and approved withdrawals. Esusu uses fixed recurring contributions and join-order payout.

  • Choose the model that fits the circle
  • Set contribution and cycle rules
  • Keep the circle separate from personal records
07

A CONVERSATIONAL LAYER

Ask about the records you have already made.

The assistant can answer supported questions about spending, balances, budgets, transactions, projects and who owes whom. It can prepare a transaction for your confirmation when you ask it to record one.

  • Answers grounded in your recorded data
  • Clarification when a request is not specific enough
  • Optional question sharing can be managed in Settings

A NOTE ON CONNECTIONS

Start with records you can stand behind.

FinTrack is a place to record and understand financial activity. The public site does not promise automatic bank connections or payment services; the product works from the accounts and records you choose to add.
